Masks are optional during the 2022 Run Forest Run. Bathrooms will be open for use, as needed. Water on the course will be in individual cups, as normal, filled by a volunteer. After the race, no group food will be provided, but individual water bottles will be available.
All runners will need to sign a waiver indemnifying the HIWP and race organizers.
